Which is this farm implement behind my apartment? And how difficult would it be to take one of those front wheels off? If I were to do such a thing...

better start soaking it daily with ATF, but it might never come off without a torch. Up here in New England that whole thing would be prime for front yard display as is. No idea what it is but some rich person wants it to pretend like they have been farming for 5 generations

"Farmings been in my family since 1831. My great-great-great-great-grand daddy built this property all those years ago. The farming life style is how I was raised and its how I will raise my children, and hopefully, how they will raise theirs as well."
Sir, the tax assessors office shows you bought this property 2 months ago...

I'm not an authority on farm implement, but it looks like some sort of thresher to me.

Are those blades between the back wheels? Some sort of mower?

Easy. The rusty thing that does not look like a tree or leaves.

It's a rich person thing, they like pretending they are blue collar workers with nothing in their pockets. I mean sure, most farm owners are millionaires if you were to liquidate all their property, tools, and vehicles (some of those tractors and such get up into the quarter mil range...) but none of them are driving a Bentley.

Yup
Though funny enough you should say Bentley, I found out my girlfriends dad had one when he met her mom and until she was 5 or so. Dont know any of the details but I am sure it was ancient and awesome. And he is a lobsterman (who at almost 70 still rows out to collect his traps, by hand). I am awaiting pictures...

I have a '25 Fordson in my back yard, fuck your prissy little implements, rich people.

A man could make a good penny hauling lobster back in the day. Now that it's so commercialized its a bit tougher, but thats awesome that he is still rowing out and collecting.

No joke!
